7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide an unboxing video or photo proof of the damaged/defective product

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement product is unavailable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care items (once opened/used)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
