To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered

Customers must provide an unboxing video or photo proof when requesting a replacement.
